Saturn retrograde in Aquarius

Saturn retrograde in Aquarius & Capricorn, June – October 2022

On June 5th, Saturn started its retrograde journey in the sign of Aquarius, where it will remain until mid-July and then it continues to ‘move backwards’ into the sign of Capricorn. Saturn’s retrograde journey in Capricorn will last until October 23rd and it will remain in Capricorn until January 18th 2023. This means that the easement we’ve experienced these past couple of months when Saturn shifted into Aquarius will get somewhat heavier again, until this cycle end 🪐

Retrograde cycles calls us to evaluate and consider what the planet indicates, as well as what area the planet is operating in, based on the sign it’s transiting. Before this cycle began, Saturn just barely passed the first degree in Aquarius, giving us just a tiny hint of the shifting energy and what the future holds in Aquarius. Saturn retrograding through the beginning of Aquarius and back into Capricorn, tells me that there is something pertaining to freedom versus obligations that needs maturing before being properly expressed in the future.

Saturn retrograde in Capricorn also indicates commitments and obligations in need of reevaluation, providing us an opportunity to really consider and take a firm look at what our commitments are, if we still stand by them and whether they are worth keeping in the future.

Remember, what we commit to we create, literally, in the sense that our daily actions are what paves the way of our future. If we want to create a different outcome, we need to change our daily actions.
